KAREN CUNNINGHAM, BOARD CHAIR
Karen brings a 25+ year background in human resources, including nine years as a consultant and business owner, to her service on the Fastpacs board. First appointed in January 2019, Karen oversaw the governance and board nomination processes before beginning her term as Board Chair in June 2021. She is the President/Principal Consultant of Cunningham HR Solutions and is certified as SPHR and SHRM-SCP. Karen has a BBA from Northwestern State University (in her hometown of Natchitoches, LA!).

Karen has extensive board experience, and has served as President/Chair of the boards of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, Frisco Family Services, and professional association DallasHR. She is the Vice-President of the Frisco Community Development Corporation, was appointed for three years to the Frisco ISD Long-Range Planning Committee, and has served on multiple PTA boards and Collin College advisory boards as well. Karen is a proud member of Frisco Women’s League and National Charity League Frisco Chapter. She and her husband Craig live in Frisco, with their teenagers Avery and Kyle.

KRISTAN OLFERS, Board SECRETARY
​
Kristan is a small business owner, children's book author, and grant writer. Prior to this
experience, she worked in audit, programming, and systems security at Price Waterhouse and taught evening classes at Collin College. She brought these diverse talents to the Fastpacs board in June 2020 and now serves as Events Committee Chair in addition to Board Secretary. Kristan has a BBA in Business Analysis/MIS from Texas A&M University and is currently working on her Master of Arts in Teaching Writing at Johns Hopkins University.
Kristan has also volunteered throughout the community and served the following non-profit organizations in various capacities: St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Young Men’s Service League, National Charity League, and several Frisco ISD PTA associations (receiving the prestigious Honorary Life Membership). As part of the Hope Park Frisco team, Kristan received the Community Builders Award from Lebanon Lodge 837, A.F. & A.M.. She currently serves as a trustee on The Trull Foundation board.
Kristan and her husband Jared have lived in Frisco for 25 years and have three children.

MATTHEW REITER, Board TREASURER
​
A Certified Public Accountant, Matthew has contributed his skills and 20+ years of experience in finance and audit to the Fastpacs board since January 2019. He is a Quality Control Partner for the audit practice of Whitley Penn, LLP, and serves as the partner in charge of their Plano office. He earned a BBA and Masters in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
Along with membership in many professional accounting organizations, Matthew is a graduate of Leadership Frisco and Leadership Dallas, and also serves on the Advisory Board of Heroes for Children. He chairs the Finance Committee at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, and is the Chair of the Board of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

​With wife Tracie, Matthew lives in Frisco and has three children: Blake, Brayden and Bailey.

Kenneth Wolverton, PAST Board Chair

Before joining the Fastpacs board in January 2018, Kenneth transformed technology start-ups into mature businesses, selling them to large companies. (Paranet > Sprint), (CyrusOne > Cincinnati Bell), (Glass and Wire Communications > UniTek). Currently Kenneth runs Wolverton Management, LLP. He obtained a Bachelor of Science – Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Kenneth has served on the following boards: Paranet, CyrusOne, GW. Kenneth is currently serving on the following boards and committees: Serendipity Wines, Grace Avenue UMC Executive Council, North Texas Annual Conference UMC Board of Laity. Kenneth is married to Suzanne and they have three children (Ryan, Kristin, and Michael) and eight grandchildren. He attends Grace Avenue United Methodist Church with his family.

ANN ANDERSON, Board MEMBER
​
Ann is the principal of Anderson Agency, a Farmers Insurance office that she founded in 2013 after a career in financial services. Her company prioritizes helping others and giving back, and this has made Ann a visible and vital part of the Frisco business community. She is on the Executive Committee of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Board, and is a past chair of WEB, the women's division of the Frisco Chamber.
​
Ann is also extensively involved in the Frisco civic community, and is a graduate of Leadership Frisco as well as a member of the City of Frisco Public Art Board. She volunteers as a member of Frisco Sunrise Rotary, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 178, and Frisco Women's League. She joined the Fastpacs board in 2020.

After 16 years in Frisco, Ann and her husband Thor have raised two college-aged children, both of whom are Frisco ISD graduates.

CHRISTAL HOWARD, BOARD MEMBER
Christal moved to Frisco in 2013 to launch a local edition of Community Impact Newspaper. CI has now grown to seven papers in the region, and Christal serves as the DFW Publisher. Prior to Community Impact, she worked in television news as an anchor, managing editor and reporter. She earned a BA in Journalism from Texas Tech University.
Christal is a Past Chair of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Board, and also serves on the Frisco Education Foundation Board and the Visit Frisco (CVB) Board. She also serves as a Survivor Spokesperson for the American Heart Association, and has emceed the Fastpacs' Empty Bowls event twice -- among many other community events and galas. This is her first year on the Fastpacs Board.
With husband Michael, Christal has two children: Emma and Bennett.

KATRINA WATLAND, BOARD MEMBER
Katrina was born in Norway and grew up moving around Europe. She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University, and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Katrina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a certification from Norsk Coach Akademi (Norwegian Coaching Academy), and worked at the Women’s Center at the University of Texas at Dallas as a counselor, facilitator and teacher for 17 years. She is the founder of TrueNorth Coaching and Consulting.
Katrina joined the Fastpacs board in 2020, and currently oversees the Partner Relations programs. A graduate of Leadership Frisco Class XII, Katrina has served on the Leadership Frisco Advisory Council and the Frisco Family Services Board. She is a member of the Frisco ISD Long-Range Planning Committee, and a member of the Advisory Committee for Texas Tech's Office of LGBTQIA.
Katrina lives in Frisco, Texas, with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, kickboxing and volunteering.

MEAGHAN WALL, BOARD MEMBER
Meaghan leads the Special Needs Ministry at Stonebriar Community Church, a role she has held for almost 15 years, as a consultant with the ReThink Group. Meaghan works with churches around the world to develop their own Special Needs Ministry, and speaks at multiple conferences annually about the importance of churches actively reaching out to families with children with special needs. She has a BA in Social Work from Texas Tech University, along with her LBSW certification, and an MA in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological University.

Meaghan also serves on the Labeled and Loved Board, the Leadership Frisco Advisory Council, and is a past board member of the Miracle League of Frisco. She joined the Fastpacs board in June 2020 and chairs the Programs Committee, helping ensure that operations run smoothly.
​
With husband Michael, Meaghan is raising sons Jackson and Grayson in Frisco.

SADAF HAQ, BOARD MEMBER
Originally from New York State, Sadaf moved to Frisco with her family in 2015. With her husband, Dr. Adeel Haq, she co-founded a medical practice, for which she provides community relations and business development. Sadaf has a B.S. in biology and a Masters in Public Health from SUNY-Albany.
​
2021 will be Sadaf's first year on the board of Frisco Fastpacs. A passionate and active community advocate, she also sits on the Leadership Frisco Advisory Council, the City of Frisco's Inclusion Committee, the Maus MS PTA Board, the board of MuslimAidUSA, the Texas Healthcare Advisory Council, and the Texas Health Resources Community Impact Council for Collin County. She chairs the City of Frisco's Social Services and Housing Board, and serves on two Frisco ISD committees-- the Diversity Task Force and Student Healthcare Advisory Committee. She was a New Leaders Council fellow in the class of 2021.

Sadaf has been published twice in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, and just recently had her first children’s book published -- "Once Upon a Ramadan". The Haqs have three daughters attending Frisco ISD schools.

SARAH RECKER, BOARD MEMBER
Joining the Board in 2021, Sarah is ready to assist with the school year ahead as Fastpacs prepares for another fall semester with lots of potential for change. An HR professional and lifelong learner, Sarah is presently with National Breast Cancer Foundation, and has a SHRM-CP certification. She has a BBA from University of Texas-Dallas.
​
Sarah is also on the the operations board of DallasHR, and is a Director-Elect on the Collin County HR Board. She volunteers at Founders Classical Academy as well.
​
Sarah is married to Adam, and they have two children: Stella and Anderson. The Reckers belong to Grace Church at Frisco Square.

TRACY GAMBLE, BOARD MEMBER
Tracy moved to Frisco to join family in 2005, and began volunteering with Frisco Women's League in 2006, working with non-profits all over North Texas. She went on to serve on the FWL board in several capacities, including two terms as President, and is serving as the 2022 Co-Chair of the FWL Mother-Daughter Tea. Tracy has also served on the board of the Frisco Community Development Corporation, the City of Frisco 2015 Charter Review Commission, is a graduate of Leadership Frisco, and serves on the executive committee of American Legion Auxiliary Unit 178, chairing their Girls State program.
​
Tracy joined the Fastpacs board in May 2020, and oversees the efforts of the Marketing Committee. Prior to that appointment, she served on the 2019 and 2020 steering committees for Fastpacs' fundraising event, Empty Bowls. Tracy has worked in marketing, communications, and public affairs for over twenty years, and was honored by the Frisco Chamber of Commerce as 2014 Sole Proprietor of the Year.

RENE ARCHAMBAULT, EX OFFICIO
René is the Deputy Director of Admissions and Marketing for SMU Guildhall, the nation's leading graduate school for video game development and design, a role she has been in for 16 years. She graduated from Texas Christian University in 1999 with a degree in Marketing, and from Southern Methodist University in 2015 with a Master’s in Education, specializing in Higher Education Policy and Leadership.
​
In 2018, René was elected to the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees, and re-elected in 2021. In addition to serving the students, staff and families of FISD, she serves the community via Frisco Women's League, National Charity League, the City of Frisco, and various committees throughout Frisco and Dallas. René has served on the Fastpacs board since 2017, and as the chair of the Events Committee for 2018-2020, the year that Fastpacs launched its first Empty Bowls event.
​
René is married to Randy (also a Fastpacs volunteer), and they have one daughter, Zoë.

TIFFANY RAGLAND, EX OFFICIO
Tiffany is a lifelong educator, with a 23-year career as a teacher and counselor, and over 20 of those years serving Frisco ISD. Presently, she is a counselor at Purefoy Elementary. She has an MS in Education from Texas Tech University, and a Masters from Dallas Baptist University.
​
Tiffany was recognized in 2019 with a Walgreens WE Educator Grant, for her work in increasing community volunteerism among elementary students. Prior to her appointment in an advisory role to the Fastpacs board, Tiffany served on numerous Frisco ISD district, PTA and booster club boards and committees.
​
Tiffany and her husband Lance raised twins in Frisco ISD schools; Austin and Laney are now attending Texas A&M University. The Raglands are members of Grace Avenue United Methodist Church.
