EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Heather D. Canterbury
Heather has served as the Executive Director of Frisco Fastpacs since 2016, leading the organization with dedication and compassion. A native of Oklahoma, Heather earned a B.S. in Psychology from Northeastern State University and later received a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. Her passion for nonprofit work was sparked as a high school volunteer and has continued to grow throughout her career.
An active community leader, Heather has been a member of the Frisco Women’s League since 2012 and served on its board for three years. She is also a member of Women Enhancing Business, serves on the Leadership Frisco Advisory Council, and spent three years on the Frisco ISD District Advisory Council. Heather is a proud graduate of Leadership Frisco Class XX and has served in key roles with the Frisco Bowl Golf Classic committee, the Frisco ISD Bond Committee, and as chair of Frisco Young Professionals.
Heather and her husband, Chad, live in Frisco with their two daughters, Peyton and Campbell.
OPERATIONS MANAGER

KIM MCGUIRE
One of Fastpacs' original board members, Kim McGuire has been part of the organization since its earliest days in 2014. She has served in every capacity, including coordinating pack nights, delivering meals, managing volunteers, and serving as Board Secretary. Kim accepted an offer to join the Frisco Fastpacs staff as Operations Manager in 2020.
After studying at the University of Oklahoma and University of North Texas, Kim earned a Masters degree in Audiology and was a licensed Clinical Audiologist from 1991-2010. Today, when not working hard at the Fastpacs warehouse to keep things running, she is a certified personal trainer and has a custom apparel company.
Kim has also been active with PTA chapters and Young Mens Service League. She and her husband Matt have raised two children, Luke and Ty, since moving to Frisco in 1995.
